The full balance will be due within 6 weeks of the due date. Please note that while the deposit is non refundable we will happy make one change to your booking free of charge so you can choose new dates if needed

A £1000 security deposit is required at the time of collection. This will be returned once the motorhome has been fully checked to ensure it has been returned in the same condition as when collected.

Yes. We allow one change (or postponement) free of charge as long as we given 14 nights notice before the original hire date.
If you are not able to go for the dates you have booked we are happy to change it as long as the motorhome is free for the requested dates and that dates do not include special event days such as Goodwood Festival of Speed.
If you would rather postpone your hire and do not have a date to rearrange to please let us know as soon as you can. We will then postpone your booking and wait until we hear from you with new dates.

Th easiest way to book your campsite is by simply calling their service centre on 024 7647 5426 for Club Sites or 024 7647 3008 for their Camping in the Forest sites and let the advisor know that you are booking under the Privilege Scheme.
